We are new company just overflowing with ideas but our core belief is to bring interior design to everybody. We handpick our designers as it's important to us that you the client, have a fun Whilst there are many different companies offering online interior design, we believe everyone should have the benefit of a top designer not one that has less qualifications than others. We also believe that you should be able to choose a designer you love the look of, not one that has been assigned to you. Interior design can be quite daunting to a lot of people as there is so much choice, it's sometimes difficult to know where to begin. Our designers have lots of experience, they are all fully trained and will demystify what design entails. You may feel that you would like to be completely involved in your project or leave it all to your chosen designer, or you may wish to just have a little involvement. Whatever you choose, our designers understand that design is a subjective matter, so it's entirely up to you how much you wish to participate.  Whilst there are many companies that are a little cheaper, we believe in value for money and that you get what you pay for. That is why we offer a full money back guarantee everytime. If you're happy, we're happy.

Design Brief
This is really essential as we will need to learn about what you like and what you don’t like, such as your style and your colour preferences, budget and what you would like to achieve. It's only important to understand your needs but also have a clear understanding of what you are looking for in your room design/s. The information that you supply will allow us to familiarise ourselves with you and your home, giving us the information we need to provide you with a design that we hope you will love. Get started with the DESIGN BRIEF right away.

Client Design Review & Delivery
Once the design concept is completed it will be digitally delivered for your review. You may wish to take the design concepts, floor plans and other material and implement them yourself.  You may also have questions at this point in the process and we are happy to help you in any way we can, either way.

Purchasing Service, Do I Really Need It?
This service is offered to clients that don’t have the time to do their own purchasing. Select the items you want from your final shopping list. We will create all of your purchase orders for you, we can also negotiate with vendors on the best price for you. Once all purchase orders are completed and the budget is approved by the client the buying process can begin. Once your items have been purchased, and your order is in place, we will provide you with all the shipping and tracking information. All purchase orders can be handed over at this time to the client for placing their own orders directly or we can place the orders for you and coordinate the delivery. We then will provide your shipping information and delivery instructions. You will then receive an email with the invoice that includes the best currently available retail price from each retailer.  You are then on your way to having a beautifully, professionally, interior designed room.
 
Our Trade Discounts
We are extremely fortunate that we know a lot of major retailers that offer us very good designer discounts and we are happy to pass our discounts wherever possible on to you, the client. These discounts will give you great savings. It is quite possible that the savings you make with us, will pay for your designer and then some. Whilst we cannot guarantee a discount at every store, we ask that if you have seen an item you would like to incorporated into your design, let us know and we will do our best to get you the best price for the item, we can't be fairer than that. When filling in your DESIGN BRIEF, simply add your chosen items to the list. We should be able to tell you information such as; pricing, delivery and lead-times. You are under no obligation to do this but who doesn't want to save money right?

What About Installation?
There may be times when you may prefer to have your designer onsite for the delivery or installation as this can be crucial time. Please note, each designer may wish to add additional charge for this. We will ensure this runs smoothly. If your designer cannot be there, we will ensure a member of our staff is on hand if necessary to safeguard your items and provide a smooth transition from old to new. Again, please note, there may be an additional charge incurred for this. When your design is completely finished, there will be a walk-through or run-through to guarantee your complete satisfaction.

Direct Designs Fulfilment Promise 
Here at Direct Designs, we understand that any kind of design is subjective, however we base our business on your happiness and that is why we offer our DESIGNS DIRECT FULFILLMENT PROMISE Once your project has started, you will be sent your CONCEPT BOARDS which is based on the information provided in your Design Brief and information via telephone or Skype calls. If you are unhappy with them, we will issue a full refund. To receive a full refund, you must contact us on……….. within 72 hours of receiving your 2 digital concept boards. We try to get it right all the time but in order to process the refund, we will need to speak with you about the digital concept boards you received, to see if there is anything we can do to make you happy.​

Our Packages Explained
We try to keep the packages as simple as possible and they are done in tiers. Each tier reflects the chosen interiors designers experience. Even our first time interior designers hold either a diploma or a certificate and many have been designing for several years. If you do choose a designer from our PREMIUM package, it's quite possible that he or she could end up as the next Kelly Hoppen, so don't dismiss them. We also offer smaller A' LA CARTE PACKAGES.
 
​Approximately How Much Is A New Kitchen Or Bathroom?
Well, that would depend on a number of things; for a new kitchen, the price of the cabinets, door knobs, flooring and appliances just for starters. With a bathroom, pretty much the same applies. You can easily get a beautiful new kitchen for around £5,000 but you also have to factor in the costs for the labour, unless of course you wish to do it yourself. What If My Kitchen And Living Room Are One Big Room?
My kitchen and living/dining room are in one big room. Does this count as 2 rooms?
On average, we look at the maximum room size as 40 sq meters. Whilst our designers will design it as one space, either a kitchen/dining room or Kitchen/living room, you would be doing yourself a disservice as these are two very separate rooms and require different furniture.

Can I Use Furniture I already have?
We would welcome the opportunity and would rise to the challenge of incorporating the furniture you already own. This actually works well as you will spend less on furniture and we have a base point with which to start your new exciting design.
