Window Treatment
Furniture Package
So, you're loving the space you have, everything looks great except you're not entirely happy with the layout of the furniture and you're not entirely sure the new furniture you have even fit in the room. In order to make a space work for you, there are several things to bear in mind.
It is possible that the furniture you have chosen will only work in one particular layout, however before moving any furniture, especially heavy items, it's worth doing a plan of the current or new furniture beforehand, this way you will have a great furniture layout that works in the space. Once you have sent photographs and measurements of your room, one of our designers will work out how your furniture will work best.

together, then this is the package for
you Whilst putting a scheme
together, we think is always fun, this
is actually where the magic happens as it's where project all comes together. This package includes but is not limited to;

Home Staging
Rental Package
Thanks to television programs such as Location, Location, Location, most of us are now familiar with the phase ‘kerb appeal’ and ‘depersonalise’ but it goes a lot further as you will want any to potential buyers to imagine themselves living in your home, so getting in an expert for their opinion makes sense.
The overall fee will usually depend on how much the house price increases due to the work done on the property, as each project differs you will need to speak directly about your own individual situation.
Our consultation is free. However, the cost for a comprehensive consultation and report made on your property will be somewhere in the the region of £50

As buying a property of your own
can now be so expensive, it's
not hard to see why there is a
growing number of people in
the rental sector.
New temporary and
removable products are
constantly now coming onto
the market such as 'Peel and
Stick" removable wallpaper, removable flooring, wall decals and a whole host of other great products.

Our designers have had plenty of experience in sourcing products for rental accommodation so it makes sense to go to someone who has tried and tested these products and will be able to give you sound advice.
This works much the same way as our
'Designer by the Hour' package,
only you would pay a daily
rate. This is for the client who
requires that the designer
spend more time with them
and like the 'Designer
by The Hour ' package
would be a more one-to
one.
The designer will visit you at home to discuss the various issues you would like resolving. You will then receive a Home Report with ideas and suggestions on how to improve the space to it's maximum potential. This might be new furniture, redecorating all or part of the room, new window and/or floor treatments, storage advice, furniture placement.

Each designer has their own hourly and daily rate and may have a minimum time requirement.
Did you ever wish you knew an interior designer that could pop over for a couple of hours? This is for the client who would like their space evaluated on a one-to- one basis. Paint /Wallpaper Package

So you are looking for colour ideas for your new home, there are large patches of paint all over the walls and you have no idea which one to choose. Or should you go for wallpaper?
It's just another choice right? Once it's on the walls, it's kinda hard and somewhat expensive to change. This is where a trained designer's eye can offer their help. We see this time and time again and we understand it's frightening to put a new colour on your walls especially a dark colour. Let our designers help.
You would be amazed just what a tin of paint can do for a room. Remember it's just paint and if you are really truly unhappy with the end results, we want to deliver on our Fulfillment promise and we'll offer you a full refund, no questions asked.
Add On Revisions

Light can make or break a design and the
secret to good lighting is layering. It has
been proven that some people's energy
levels wane when around de around decreased lighting and poor lighting conditions can impact the amount of melatonin that's produced, which means it is affecting your mood, so it's really important to get right. Increasing the levels of light can often return your body back to it's natural balance, this in turn increases your levels of serotonin.
Whether you are looking for task lighting for reading, ambient lighting to put you in the mood or accent lighting to light a piece of artwork, or stairway, your designer will create the right bespoke lighting design for your space.

If you are happy about your design but there are a couple of things you would like to change, you can now pay your designer a small extra charge for revisions that are not included in your package.
If, for instance you wish to purchase the Premium Package, which comes with 2 revisions or (changes if you like to call them), and you have already changed the style of the curtain treatment and the wallpaper to a different shade, then your designer could do this for a small additional charge.
Whilst is difficult to explain the nature of interior design, unless you have been through the process yourself, a small change to a design, even the slightest nuance, can have an impact to the overall finish of the design. However, your designer will be best placed to guide you through what can sometimes be a difficult but rewarding process.
